• Contact & business details you give us (name, business name, email, phone/WhatsApp, address, menu, photos) so we can build and support your website.
• Payment information — handled entirely by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com. We do not see or store your full card details.
• Basic website analytics (e.g. page views) to keep the service working.

How we use it

To build, host and support your website, process your subscription, and contact you about your service. We do not sell your data.

Who we share it with

• Paddle.com — payment processing and tax as Merchant of Record.
• Hosting/infrastructure providers (e.g. Cloudflare) — to serve your website.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data. Email [email protected] and we'll action it.

Retention

We keep your data for as long as you're a customer and as required for legal and accounting purposes, then delete it.
