Refund & Cancellation Policy

We want you to be happy with your Katálogo website. This policy explains refunds and cancellations. Payments and refunds are processed by our Merchant of Record, Paddle.com.

Refunds

Because we build your website to order and show it to you before you pay, your subscription is delivered the moment your site goes live. For that reason, payments are non-refundable once your site is live. You can cancel at any time to stop future renewals (see below).

Cancelling your subscription

• You can cancel at any time by emailing [email protected]. Cancellation stops all future annual renewals.
• When you cancel, your website stays live until the end of the annual period you've already paid for.
• Payments for a current annual period are non-refundable, but you will not be charged again.

Renewals

Your subscription renews automatically each year at €99. Paddle sends a receipt for every payment. To avoid a renewal, cancel before your renewal date.

How to request a refund or cancel

Email [email protected] or WhatsApp +971 50 559 8675 with the email address used for your order. Refunds are returned to your original payment method by Paddle, usually within 5–10 business days.
